There is no more B2B or B2C.


The world has changed with new trends as social, mobile, geolocalisation just to name a few.
In that context, your target audience [Consumer or Business] is in the driving seat and can influence your reputation directly, using social media targeted for consumer or more for business people [linkedin]. So, more then ever, this is key to establish strong human to human relationship [H2H] which should be in the center of all what we do.

Human beings are looking for interesting and authentic content and they are not looking for boring corporate message.
Once again, they are in the driving seat and should be in the center of all what we do.

This leads me to another key trend which is Content Marketing.
Content marketing isn’t exactly a new marketing technique, but it’s seeing massive growth from late 2012, with new and innovative ways to promote awareness of your brand, service or company [BtoB or BtoC] and build customer retention.
From articles and social media to data visualization such as infographics, companies are using these techniques to leverage their marketing efforts and create a wider reach.
But this should remain authentic and bring real added value and content to the humans we want to reach.
