Did I Get It?

Reblogged from Culture Cookies:

Getting a job is no easy feat, and we all know we're supposed to seriously prepare for the interviews. All you have to do is google to find myriad lists with practice interview questions and tips on how to answer them. And while certain industries have specific additions to the interview process (e.g. case questions or take home tests), it's true that there's a pretty standard set of questions that tend to float up.

Why Marissa Mayer has it wrong

Reblogged from adventureswiththepooh:

Once again, Marissa Mayer disappoints me. Yahoo just announced that employees would no longer be permitted to work from home as of June.

The Nokia Evolution: 1984 to Tomorrow [INFOGRAPHIC], via @davidmerzel’s BLOG

Nokia is set to announce today the next-generation of its Lumia line of smartphones, in a press event in New York.

I’m very curious to see what will be this announcement …

But just come back on Nokia history …

Check out the infographic below for a look back at Nokia from 1984 to today.

Nokia launched its first mobile phone — the Mobira Talkman –- in 1984. Weighing just over 11 pounds, the phone was revolutionary for its time. A little over 20 years later, in 2005, the company introduced its first multimedia smartphones, and in 2011 it introduced the Lumia line, the first Windows Phone handsets.

What are some of your highlights from Nokia’s past?

What do you think Nokia has in store today ?
