Do the consumers trust advertising ?
•Only 10% of consumers trust advertising.
•Between 85% and 90% of consumers don’t trust posts by companies or brands on social networking sites.
•Branded mobile apps are almost worthless in terms of consumer engagement with only 10% to 12% of consumers saying they trust the information given there.
•Emails from companies and brands are only trusted by 11% of Europeans and 18% of Americans.
•Europeans trust all brand communications less than Americans.

Getting a job is no easy feat, and we all know we're supposed to seriously prepare for the interviews. All you have to do is google to find myriad lists with practice interview questions and tips on how to answer them. And while certain industries have specific additions to the interview process (e.g. case questions or take home tests), it's true that there's a pretty standard set of questions that tend to float up.
Why Marissa Mayer has it wrong
Once again, Marissa Mayer disappoints me. Yahoo just announced that employees would no longer be permitted to work from home as of June.
This signals a major step backwards for working parents. If a typical male technology CEO made this decision, there would be outrage, of course. But to come from a new mother who is a CEO? It feels like a sucker punch – and hardly believable.
